Swimming is strictly prohibited. Whilst Emma was unpacking their picnic, Paula suddenly dived into the lake. Paula hit her head on a large boulder, which was under the surface of the water, and not visible from the surface. Clearwell Water Fun Limited were not aware of the boulder. Clearwell knew that people often dived into the lake but had done nothing to manage the situation. Paula suffered injury. Her expensive waterproof watch was also damaged. Under the laws surrounding Occupier's Liability, advise Paula on her claim for her injury and losses.
