3D Robotics: Disrupting the Drone Market Case

Please review the case study and associated material. Your group has been hired by the 3DR leadership. You are to present to them (played by the rest of the class) your recommendation on the strategy going forward.

As always you are expected to be clear, logical, and evidence based in your approach (see rubric for details).

You are to submit your presentation by August 19th 10pm. The submission must be in PPTX or PDF format.

The group will have 20 minutes to present during the class on August 20th followed by 5 minutes to answer any questions from the Board (ie class).

There is a peer review component to the grade which I will describe in class.

Tip:

• A good response will provide a recommended approach and how it should be executed.
• A better response will cover what options were evaluated, along with what a good response would cover.
• A superb response will cover what criteria were used to judge the options (and why), a financial forecast (based on reasonable assumptions), along with what a better response would cover.
