3-phase inverter operates at nominal point I=180 A, Uac=690 V, Udc=1100 V cos=1, switching frequency fsw=4 kHz. Inverter has 6 IGBTs and 6 antiparallel diodes. a) Calculate semiconductor losses using following assumtions: - Average reverse recovery loss per diode: Err=55 mJ - Average on/off-switching loss per IGBT: EIGBT,on=EIGBT,off=78 mJ - IGBT resistance RIGBT=8 m - Diode resistance RD=5.4 m It is assumed that IGBT and diode conduction losses caused only by the resistance Pc=RI2. Threshold voltage is ignored. Inverter switching frequency defines, how often each component (diodes and transistors) are switching. It is assumed that each component is operational half of a full electric period. Total loss is then Ptot=60.5(PIGBT+PD) Give the answer of accuracy of at least three significant digits.
