(4.5) So, that was a little hold-up in the job, and I had to try to lean on my sheet... my sheet metal contractor to get that done. I called him in, I said, "when's it gonna be here?" I need this... I told him the facts, going, "we need it now... this is a hold up for our project right now, and when can you have the materials, and when can you come out, and install it? And, this other contractor is also a good contractor, although he's less schedule-oriented than I would like to see. But, the end product is always good, or better than... as good or better than I expect it to be. So, sometimes it's... you know... you deal with these scheduling problems knowing that you're gonna get a very good end product. But, I had to call them in, and talk to them, and say... you know... In the meantime, we also worked with the maintenance group to put some plywood decking down. We did do some temporary decking to get the maintenance people going. Then that document is distributed to the various parties, and they have their right to comment, and agree or disagree. The revised are sent to me with their comment. I just contacted them by phone. I put a scope revision out, which included all the comments. Generally we did a lot of estimates on the job.
