(4) Alex, employee of George, is walking through Century City early one morning with a gold cup which he is taking for George to a jeweller to be cleaned. Hamish, seeing him and thinking his manner suspicious, shouts "Stop, thief!" Alex in alarm starts to run. Alli, hearing Hamish shout, trips up Alex who falls, breaking his arm. As he falls, the cup flies from his hand and hits Stichus, one of a valuable pair of horses belonging to Julius. Stichus, thrown off balance, falls under a car which is being driven at high speed by Daniella. Stichus is killed and the gold cup destroyed by the car. Daniella is taken to the police station and told to take off all her clothes in front of the policemen. Advise the parties
