4. Normalize the numeric columns using the min-max method shown in class. 5. Display the minimum and maximum values of each numeric feature column of the normalized data. The minimum values should be comparable to zero and the maximum values should be one (1.0). Each of these steps (1-5) must be done in a separate cell in the Colab notebook.
