You are interested in knowing to what degree there are differences between the mean base-year reading/math achievement composite score (bytxcomp) schools in each of 4 different geographic regions in the U.S. (northeast, north central, south, and west). The region variable to use in the analysis is "g! Oregon." Answer the following questions and attach appropriate output as requested.
