4.

Peter owns two grocery stores in New York. One in Brooklyn and one in Manhattan. Erin work's for him at the Manhattan store cleaning it. Peter gives Erin a uniform, the mop she is supposed to use, tells her exactly what needs to be cleaned, in what order she should clean things and exactly how to clean it. Last Sunday was Super Bowl Sunday and all the shopping for the big game left both stores filthy. Peter did not have anyone to clean the Brooklyn store but fortunately saw an old friend of his, Issac, sitting by the door and asked him if he could help.Peter told Issac he would pay him $300.00 if he could clean the Brooklyn store by morning. He told Issac to figure out how, just so long as it got cleaned. Issac accepted. Unfortunately, both Issac and Erin negligently left an unmarked slippery floor where two different customers slipped and both of the customers broke their arms."
