4. Sue's son plays baseball and she frequently watches him. Today she parked her sports car in the car park which was to the left of the home plate. Unfortunately, the batsman hit a foul ball and it struck Sue's front windscreen shattering it. Sue wants the local council, which owns the field, and the baseball club to pay for a new windscreen, alleging liability in negligence.
