4. The aging population has led to an increase in the demand for healthcare services in recent years and the expansion of long-term care facilities. As long-term care facilities grow, the quality of service and satisfaction are issues of importance to the government, facility managers, and families. In order to select a good model organization, many factors are taken into consideration, such as the reputation of the long-term care organization, the quality of services, and the quality of housing. The decision is made based on a number of assessment criteria. For this reason, we have set the following objectives for Tier 1: "Determine the exemplary long-term care organization". For the second tier, 5 objectives are considered as fundamental objectives, and for each fundamental objective, 3 attributes are considered in the third tier. According to the AHP analysis (use spss)

(A) Please find the relevant literature and list the literature base and the table of the proposed considerations and attributes.

(B) Construct the AHP decision hierarchy according to (A).

(C) Create and export the AHP questionnaire format according to (B).
