image text in transcribed 4.02 Trial Balance Discussion ~ Must post first. Pretend you have your own accounting company. A client comes to you with a problem. The company's trial balance shows total debits of $76,240 and total credits of $75,970. Your client knows that they have customers that have paid for services worth at least $3,000 during the month, but the Service Revenue account balances is only $300. The owner also remembers writing a check for $550 for advertising, but the Advertising Expense account shows a zero balance. Based upon this information, you have some ideas that might help find the errors. What would you advise your client to try to find their errors. You are not required to fix the Trial Balance, just tell the client where they should start looking. Post your responses to the following: 1. In two sentences, describe what the client should do to find the problems. 2. In one sentence, suggest to the client the possible causes for the trial balance being out of balance. 3. Post a response to at least one classmate. Answer the following: a. Did they accurately identify the problem? b. Did they accurately identify possible causes? c. Provide any suggestions to make their responses more accurate
