He contributes R1 500 a month to a pension fund and R1 000 to a medical scheme. Mr Chuene's employer paid R500 a month in respect of a policy insurance against the loss of income for the benefit of Mr Nkosi.

You are required to calculate the annual equivalent of Mr Chuene's balance of remuneration for the 2023 year of assessment.
