1. Summarize the characteristics of people who commit suicide.
2. Discuss some specific, creative ways you could be involved to possibly prevent someone from completing a suicide. Think of your passions and what groups of people you have compassion for such as at-risk youth, domestic abuse victims, crime victims, elderly, homeless, mentally ill population, inmates, or any specific population. This could be joining a current project, program, or ministry that attempts to help those experiencing hopelessness or homelessness, or this could be initiating something brand new.
