Second, he is concerned he does not have all the information and documents that he needs to prove his case and he thinks that Strumples Inc. will refuse to provide this information and documentation. Should Pavel really be worried about either of these two issues? Explain your answer.

The owners realize that they are facing numerous lawsuits and are well aware that the costs to hire lawyers and experts to defend these lawsuits will be substantial.
