The owners realize that they are facing numerous lawsuits and are well aware that the costs to hire lawyers and experts to defend these lawsuits will be substantial. The owners do, however, have a liability insurance policy that they purchased from Bad Luck Insurers Company. Explain why this insurance policy will be helpful to the owners of the Saddledome.
