5.Roberts Partnership is an educational consultancy rm based in Kuala Lumpur. The coowners of this rm are Robert Tan and Roger Soh. it specializes in admitting foreign students to Malaysia. It maintains its account 'with the Bank of China. Due to their constructive business records, the bank has granted them an overdraft facility for RM 5,000,000. The rm has used up the fund for public relations purposes. To prevent the firm's fund from being set off against the overdraft outstanding balance, the firm has a policy to divert all incoming payments from their customers to the personal account of Roger Soh in Bangkok Bank. in 2018, Roger Son gave up his partnership in the rm and he was replaced by Clara Goh as the new partner. Roger has since taken up the position as operation manager and the fund policy has remained unchanged. bver the course of two years from 2018 to 2020, Roger has received a total of RM 3,500,000 from customer payments for the business.
