6. Based on the following description, draw an ER diagram of an information system for a company called North Marina. The company offers docking spots for the boats. Each boat is characterized by manufacturer's identification number, commencement of construction and model year. A docking spot is identified by a unique number. Boat owners rent docking spots based on an annual agreement for each boat, which can be renewed. An owner can have several boats, however each boat is assigned a docking spot stated in the agreement. Each owner has a unique number, name, mailing address, phone number and email address. An agreement is characterized by a unique number, starting date and ending date. North Marina also offers boat repair service. Every time an owner needs to repair a boat, they are required to sign a contract with a company representative responsible for repair. Each repair is characterized by a unique number, description and price. The contract should reflect the owner, the boat, repair and the representative. In your ERD, model the relationships between the entities: DOCKING SPOT, BOAT, AGREEMENT, OWNER, CONTRACT, REPAIR and REPRESENTATIVE. a. Indicate minimum and maximum cardinalities and degree of each relationship; b. Show the attributes of each data entity; add missing attributes, if required; c. If required, present a solution to avoid many-to-many relationships. [20 points]
