(60 pts) A tank sits on a platform at height 3.12m. This tank explodes at time zero and nearly instantaneously releases a mass of very nasty gas which then blows downwind as a puff of gas that diffuses as it blows downwind. The atmosphere is unstable that day and the average wind speed is 1.50m/s. The total mas of released gas is 8.21kg. The 90% toxic dose of this gas is 10000(mgs)/m3. This means that, on average, 90% of people die when exposed to a dose of this amount. Plot the hazardous area downwind of this explosion for both the absorbing and reflecting ground cases. Here we define the hazardous area as the area outlined by the 90% toxic dose. For consistency and ease of grading this assignment, your plot should range from x=0 to 0.3km and from y=25 to 25m. Both hazardous zones should fit nicely in this plot range. If not, you are probably doing something wrong. Use enough x values to make a nice-looking plot
