The last step in this course is preparing a focused video presentation of you presenting the key findings and recommendations from the Go-to-Market Strategy to the client. Upon successful completion of this assignment, you will be able to succinctly summarize and confidently present the key learnings and recommendations of your Go-to-Market Strategy, including: - Product development strategies and market demand estimates. - Models for product differentiation and positioning within the market. . Appropriate pricing strategies for products and services in the market. - Appropriate distribution methods and channels for product and service delivery. - Emerging promotional strategies. - Market structure and environments to determine the crucial factors influencing the marketing strategies. Watch How to Film Your Screen and Yourself at the Same Time E for a quick explanation of how to present (and show yourself presenting) while showing your slides. 5. Video Presentation: Your presentation should be a video of you (your smiling face) presenting as though you were presenting to the client. You can show your graphics and other visuals in whatever manner is most comfortable for you-- PowerPoint slide, whiteboard, flip chart, etc. You may find it easiest to present and record using Zoom. (For instructions, please visit IWU Zoom Knowledge Base E.) 6. Video Requirements: a. Create a 12-minute, professionally appearing and sounding video suitable for presentation to a client. The video should show you presenting the content not just the slide content. Oral presentation style is part of the grading for this assignment. . You need an opening slide or image with your name, the client company name (Intobiz, Inc.), and the product/service category. You need a closing image thanking the client and providing your contact information (real or fabricated). . Include highlights from all four sections of Go-to-Market Strategy. Focus is critical so be sure to discuss only the most important elements of each section so you are within the 12-minute time limit. d. Include a minimum of 4 graphs, charts, tables, or figures that are shown while you are describing and discussing them. e. Upload the video to a video-sharing site such as YouTube that does not require a login to access. If you use YouTube, you may classify the video as \"unlisted\" but do not set it as \"private.\" You will post a link to the video in the assignment submission text box. 7. Create your final PowerPoint presentation slides. a. The PowerPoint presentation deck should include 6 8 slides (not including your beginning and ending slides) for your client presentation. You will have a title slide, your professional introduction, 6 8 content slides, an ending slide with your contact information for follow-up, and an appendix if needed. . You should cover all four sections of the Go-to-Market Strategy. Your outline slides from Workshops 1- 4 should provide a starting point. . Include at least 4 graphs, tables, charts, or figures. . You may include an appendix at the end of the presentation for supporting materials if needed. Appendix slides will not be counted in the 6 8 slide total. 8.
