(6 points) Assume, instead of a regular fiber optic cable, a hypothetical medium has been used between these two routers, which can carry packets at a speed 600*106 m/s. Now, if UCF reduces Router U's outgoing link capacity to 1 Gbps, is it possible that the first bit of the 10 KB sized packet will reach to Router M even before the last bit of the packet has left UCF?
