7. Angkor Co., Ltd is preparing its budgets for next year. It expects to sell 500 units in January 2022. Sales are expected to rise to 550 units in February and 700 units in March and then remain stable for the rest of the year. It aims to carry a finished goods inventory at the end of each month equal to 10% of the following month's sales. Each unit of product takes 4 hours' labour to make. Angkor Co., Ltd employs 30 production workers. They are on contracts that require to work with a minimum of 160 hours per month and are each paid $380 per month. Any labour hours required in excess of 160 hours per worker are made up by overtime that is paid at basic rate plus an overtime premium of 50%.
