$70k, Plus super, plus profit share MSP Blueshift provides IT managed support and IT security services to small and medium businesses mostly in the Melbourne area. We use some of the best tools available and have a highly systemised approach to our provision of services. Most work is done remotely, but there will be a small amount of onsite work. You will also be required to be part of the after-hours on call roster. MSP blueshift are currently working towards ISO 27001 certification and have already implemented EOS. What will be required of you: Provide remote IT support to clients, all managed through our ticketing system. Complete small projects. A proactive approach to ongoing problems Provide onsite support when required. Be part of the after-hours emergency support roster What is needed to do the job: Experience with supporting desktops\laptops, Email. Troubleshooting skills and perseverance to resolve technical problems. Office 365 experience Some experience with IT security Team skills, to work with and communicate with other members. Enthusiasm to improve your level of skills. You will be: Able to work with minimum supervision. Be proactive in addressing support issues, willing to go that extra mile when required and have great customer service skill, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. you must also be someone that aligns with the company core values.
