8.Ali asks Andy, as his agent to sell his apartment for not less than Rm800000. Ali and Andy have agreed that the Andy's commission will be 10% % of the selling price. However Andy sells the apartment for RM 900000 but tells Ali that he had sold the apartment for M850000. Andy gives Ali only RM850000.
