In October 2017 Helmut's Wurst was approached by a long-time customer (who had been loyal since Helmut's days working at Mr. Fischer's butcher shop) about catering his son's graduation party in Spring 2018. The party was set to be a large one with 250 graduating students plus their families attending. Helmut agreed to cater the event even though he had done no such thing before. A formal agreement was signed on October 31, 2017 with a $3,000 deposit paid. The full amount paid was credited to Revenue-Food on October 31, 2017
