The pernon holding his POA sees that Peter named his estate as berteliciary of the contract, which would therefore be shared equally between all Peter's relatives. Peter's will, however, shows that his sons should have been named as beneficiaries. The person holding his POA thinks a mistake has been made and should be corrected immediately. He calls the hicensed agent who sold Peter the contract. What should the agent do under these circumstances? Promptly forward the change of beneficiary forms to Peter to revise.
