8. Section 4(3) of the Contract Act provides for the rule of revocation (of either offer or acceptance). It says that the communication of a revocation is complete against the person who makes it:-

a. when it is put in a course of transmission to the proposer (offeror) by the acceptor(offeree), so as to be out of the power of the acceptor

b. when it is put in a course of transmission to the acceptor (offeree) by the propose (offeror)

c. when it comes to his knowledge

d. when it is put into a course of transmission to the person to whom it is made, so as to be out

of the power of the person who makes it

9. Section 4(3) of the Contract Act provides for the rule of revocation (of either offer or acceptance). It says that the communication of a revocation is complete as against the person to whom it is made:-

a. when it is put in a course of transmission to the proposer (offeror) by the acceptor(offeree), so as to be out of the power of the acceptor

b. when it is put in a course of transmission to the acceptor (offeree) by the propose (offeror)

c. when it comes to his knowledge

d. when it is put into a course of transmission to the person to whom it is made, so as to be out of the power of the person who makes it

10. Section 4 of the Contract Act provides an illustrations to the rule of revocation of proposal (offer). Illustration (c) provides that A (offeror) revokes his proposal by telegram. The communication of a revocation is complete as against A (offeror) when:-

a. A receives the telegram

b. B receives the telegram

c. A and B both receives the telegram

d. the telegram is dispatched
