Consider your feelings before the change, during the change, and about the results. 11.Create your own life story from a strengths-based perspective, noting an area or time in your life in which you felt ambivalence about a change you wanted or needed to make. Using Motivational Interviewing skills, reflect on strategies you might apply in addressing your ambivalence about the change process.
