You are the security director for a municipal airport that has substantial private aircraft traffic carrying high-level government officials, business CEOs, and foreign dignitaries to events in an adjacent city. As such, your airport is designated as CIKR. Your airport general manager would like you to brief him/her on the importance of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
