To address this, the Executive Team has asked you to develop a proposal to strengthen the new hire experience and provide potential development opportunities after the first year of an employee's tenure.
For the presentation, answer the following:
- Present a brief overview of the current state of new hires at the organization.
- Present a proposal to address concerns for new hires over their first 90 days.
- Develop a proposal to address concerns over lack of development past the 1-year tenure mark.
- Proposed implementation timeline.
- Proposed measures of progress.
- Present the expected benefits for both the employees and the organization.
- Include at least three credible references

Notes should be used to help detail key points and sources used to develop arguments needed either in the notes or slides and conform to APA 7 .
