The competition requires the participants to eat as many pancakes as possible in 10 minutes. The person who consumes the most pancakes in 10 minutes will win a $500 gift voucher to spend at the cafe. As she does not live in Noosa. she is also provided with a complimentary overnight stay at a hotel in Noosa so that she can be on time to participate in the pancake eating competition at ?am the following morning. The hotel room comes with a well stocked mini bar and picture-perfect views of the ocean. Midway through the competition. Janet chokes on pancakes and loses consciousness.
