9.Two brothers were leaving Wal-Mart when they were stopped by a plain clothes security officer, Saul Slart. Security Officer Slart is employed by the local bank which rents a space within the WalMart.Security Officer Slart says LOUDLY, "Those shirts that you have on were stolen." In response one of the boys says, "You can't be serious." Slart responds, "Yes, I am. Come with me." The boys then go with Security Officer Slart to a side door and into an office.While walking into the office, the other boy trips over Security Officer Slart's personal Segway Scooter, a mode of personal conveyance that is sure to catch on, and injures himself when he hits the floor. The space where the boy is injured is owned by Walmart but rented to the bank.The boys' parents have come to you for advice, discuss who they may sue, what their suit might be for, and what defenses may exist.
