A 10- to 15-slide PowerPoint presentation (excluding the title and reference slide) that applies critical thinking to construct persuasive arguments on the following: Defend the theories required to succeed in criminal justice's supervisory practices. Address the following issues in your presentation: Include several theories (at least five) that are essential for success in supervision. Explain why each of the theories is important. How do the theories impact supervisory practices? 

Provide two to three examples. Support the theories with research. Each team member MUST play an equal role in this assignment. All team members MUST present an equal number of PowerPoint slides in the presentation (voiceover component and presenter notes). The required textbook for this course must be utilized, as well as the chief's recommended training guide article, "Field Training for Today's Recruit." You will augment these resources with additional credible sources. You should use no less than six credible sources in support of the training presentation.
