For the crew side, they will run the orders way faster by taking the order from the customer from the drive-thru window in that way all the crew should have headsets connected to the customer speaker to make sure all the crew team is listing and hearing the same thing from the customer to make sure to have the order ready by the crew team helping each other. Also, drive-thru can make the restaurant inside less busy which can save the crew time for less cleaning and organizing the restaurant lobby.
