The first Chipotle Mexican Grill was founded by Steve Ells in 1993. First Chipotle Mexican Grill restaurant start opened in Denver, Colorado in the United Stat. The name of Chipotle came from the Nahuatl/Mexican name for a smoked, dried jalapeo chili pepper. Chipotle Mexican Grill restaurants are known for their healthy, fresh, natural, delicious food. The restaurant is favored for its fully customizable menu, which offers items like burritos, burrito bowls, tacos, quesadilla, and salads, as well as an array of sauces, proteins, and toppings. So, the chipotle menu is very big and has so many choices and very easy and flexible to add or skip what you would like to eat, you can build your food 100%. Also, the menu has all types of food that are guest needed such as regular food, veggie, and vegan come with seven different ways of serving such as bowl, burrito bowl, salad bowl, tacos, quesadilla, Chips, and Guacamole, chips queso in two different sizes regular and large, all Coca-Cola product soft drinks, and kids menu which include kids quesadilla meal and kids tacos build your own, both of the kid's meal comes with kids drink like milk, chocolate milk and apple juice, chips, and fruit. There are five types of meat you have the option to choose from meats or Sofrita tofu. The chicken, steak, barbacoa, and carnitas pack between 170-190 calories and 24-32 grams of protein. Chicken and steak rank similar in the number of nutrients and have the highest amount of protein. Tofu can be a great choice for vegetarian people who want to have some portion on their meal without getting any meat, Chipotle offers them that wonderful type of veggie meat by adding any cheese, sour cream, queso, and guacamole to have a great build of a meal full of high protein and calories. The vegan menu has the same choice of all types of food that they can build their vegan food such as fajita vegetables, roasted chili-corn salsa, fresh tomato salsa, tomatillo green, or red chili salsa, and romaine lettuce. Chipotle restaurant culture shares an amazing experience with their guest of giving them a very special and unique way of service because the chipotle style of service is built the customers food in front hem, which makes the customers feel great about the quality and type of the food they are eating, like the freshness and clearness of the food.

In a very busy restaurant like Chipotle, their management and team are trying to control the rush time and the guest waiting time. So they come with many ideas and create a lot of solutions to make sure the guest get excellent customer service and have great feedback. Chipotle comes out with a very smart amazing solution call digital line (fax) to cut the busy time during rush lunch peak from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm and during the peak hour of dinner, which is typically 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm where the customer can place their order online. Digital line receives food orders from customers based on the time when the customer placed the order, where can the digital line receive the order in 15 minutes to calculate the time when the food can be ready and schedule primes time for the customer to pick up their food on time hot and fresh. Also, there is another benefit from the digital line that Chipotle restaurant always set up in the back, where can make the crew work and move very fast because they will be able to read the order to themselves from the screen which makes them speed by building and make the food as much as they can. Since it is way easier to have what the customers want to eat ready than to see them face to face and go with customer service process like greeting them with a smile, eye contact, asking them what they like to eat, speaking loud enough and at the same time listening to them. With the digital line crew able to skip all these processes and have the tag ready on the screen to just start work and make the order ready for the customer to pick it up on time.

Even Chipotle restaurant offers a great service for their guest and works very hard to find many solutions to cover everything that make the guest happy by serving delicious food and making the food ready for them as fast as they can, but sometimes it is very hard to control the guest waiting time during peak hours when it became very busy. So even when the crew work as a strong team with great commutations and help each other on the front line, and the digital line going by receiving the online order, but sometimes come where you cannot do anything when the restaurant is overcrowded and packed of guest who wants to get food in their lunch break. So to avoid the waiting time and cut the line shortly for the guest I hardly recommend to Chipotle restaurants to have a drive-thru for the guest to order their food while they are driving in their car like Starbucks and MacDonald way of ordering drinks or food. Drive-thru can be a fabulous way to help both sides at the same time, customers and crow workers at the restaurant at the same time. When it comes to customers ordering food, the customers are always looking for good and fast service and most customers prefer to order food from their cars because they do not want to park their cars, walk to the restaurant and stand up in the line waiting to order, the drive-thru will make very easier for them. For the crew side, they will run the orders way faster by taking the order from the customer from the drive-thru window in that way all the crew should have headsets connected to the customer speaker to make sure all the crew team is listing and hearing the same thing from the customer to make sure to have the order ready by the crew team helping each other. Also, drive-thru can make the restaurant inside less busy which can save the crew time for less cleaning and organizing the restaurant lobby.

In conclusion, Chipotle is a great company name known everywhere in North American for the very good healthy and testy food, and their great customer service. As I discuss and share in this excise Chipotle Mexican Grill restaurant is a big company growing very fast and their locations are almost everywhere in the state, that is what makes them update their menu and come with new ideas all the time, and focusing on the customers' support and feedback. Chipotle restaurants always try to improve their service by showing and sharing safe, healthy, and delicious food with good service to their customers, which make them come with the new idea of opening a digital line for online orders to cut the waiting time for the gust order. I recommend a drive-thru to make the order processes easy and fast for the crow team and customers to have their food order ready on time.
