A business strategy I'd like to learn more about is project-based business. I was hired at my current employer to help start up a new department to address excess and obsolete (E&O) inventory across the country at all of our warehouse locations. There are many teams that have been built around my team (which only consists of my boss and I) and it seems most teams are project-based as we navigate through an integration with another company. As a large distributor, it's imperative that we focus on "dead stock," especially since E&O was identified as the company's top priority. Project-based business or any business strategy that can teach me better ways to address our current issues is what I hope to gain from this class
