Lieutenant Colonel Bakri, a Commanding Officer summarily tried and sentenced Warrant Officer II Bakar with a fine of 7-days' pay for striking Sergeant Zeti, a person of inferior rank to him, contrary to Section 81(b) of the AFA 1972. e. Lieutenant Bakar, a Subordinate Commander, summarily tried Sergeant Sudirman for ill treating Private Zanty, a serviceman of inferior rank, contrary to Section 81(b) of the AFA 1972, and awarded a fine of 14 days' pay
