A car accident happened in Florida, but one individual lives in Alabama, and the other person involved in the accident lives in New Jersey. The individual that lives in Alabama, files a suit in Alabama court. Does this court have a proper jurisdiction to hear the case?

I need an assistance to determine can Alabama be a proper jurisdiction for the suit? It is confusing to me considering that the accident occurred in Florida which is neither domicile for the parties involved. Thank you
