A centrifugal pump is installed to pump 143.3 m3/h of water at 20oC from a dam reservoir to an elevated tank up the hill to service a certain community. The suction length is 20 m. Water is to be pumped through a 150 mm diameter pipe with a roughness size, k  =  0.15 mm. For this area, the local atmospheric pressure is 101.4 kPa. If the NPSH required is specified at 5.0 m of water absolute, determine the maximum permissible height above the water level where the pump station may be placed in order to avoid cavitation.
