A certain LPG has a composition of 70% propane (CHs) and 30% butane(C4H10). Compute the theoretical exhaust
gas composition and heat release per kg of fuel, when burnt with a dilution coefficient of (i)0.9 and (ii)0.6. Take
the Higher Heating Values of propane, butane and CO to be 50.4 MJ/kg,49.6 MJ/kg and 10.1 MJ/kg respectively.
(Ans: (i) HHV=43717 kJ/kg; (ii)28338 MJ/kg )
