A challeng all presenters face in any presentation is holding an audience's attention span beyond the first 3 minutes. When the meeting is 100% the presenter talking, and audience members sit silently it is a common practice for the audience members to mentally disconnect from the presentation. They may daydream, or worse, pull out their Smartphone or laptop and do other work while you are presenting. Some individuals even close their eyes.
