Take a look at it and based on the discussion in Dr. Gawunde's article and things you've learned about the law so far in this Course answer two questions in your discussion post this week: Describe how you would make this checklist better. You can propose adding elements, but you also need to say why each one is needed. Same instruction if you think something should come out - say why. Given the existence of tools like this checklist, explain when, if ever, would you need to involve a lawyer in creating or reviewing a contract? Don't forget to include at least one peer reviewed journal article or legal source material as a Reference, with an appropriate citation (and a link, if it exists) at the end of your discussion.
