A church conveys land next to the church to joe "provided that no liquor is sold on the premises. Joe opens a saloon with dancers and rock bands. He does not obtain a liquor licence nor does he maintain any alcohol there. As a so called juice bar the drinks he serves are non alcoholic. The patrons many of whom came from another bar at the end of the evening are unaware of what they are drinking.
