A classroom should be inviting to achieve a level of physical comfort with the environment, comfort with peers, and comfort with their thinking. It is important that students achieve comfort with their peers and classroom because it gives students the sense of inclusion, which is what all students want to feel. When students feel included they are freer to express thoughts and understandings. Inviting also means respecting the students enough to allow them to come and talk to me whenever something is bothering them. For example, if a student is having problems with another student, I want them to feel comfortable enough to be able to tell me and know that I will address the other student how the situation sees fit. Also, I want the students to feel comfortable with their thinking. I want the students to know that they can come to me at any time with their questions and I want them to expect an answer from me, in a way they understand
