A clinical psychologist at a treatment center assessed the abusers' satisfaction with their treatment program. She thinks that both the type of programs, as well as the type of abusers, would influence the satisfaction with the program. She collected data from 9 alcoholics and 9 abusers of narcotics. Out of these two groups of 9 patients, three of them went through treatment A, three of them went through treatment B, and three of them went through treatment C.
