So for instance, L wins against D 15 to 5, and gets 1 point.

1. Determine the scholarship recipient.
2. If we did pairwise voting the old way (pick two people and the winner goes to the next round) find a way of setting things up so that a different person receives the scholarship. Show all your work.
3. Now go back to the way you did things for 1. Unfortunately, L is determined to be ineligible because she already received another scholarship. Remove L from consideration, and retabulate the results. Discuss.
