A company, NoPrivacy LLC, makes new drones that can be sold to everyday consumers. These objects can fly up to a 10-story building. They are all remote controlled and they are equipped with two high definition cameras, one on front and one below. They can go at a speed of 20 miles per hour.

Many camping enthusiasts are buying these drones on a daily basis. These hikers who buy them will often go in the remote national parks to capture the best scenery with graphics and with the sounds. Because of their elevation of flight, these drones can capture scenes that are never seen by mankind before! The company caters all its promotions to the hiking community because the company knows they love this toy.

Saul purchased this drone and went in a remote mountain village in rural Utah. Here, there is a small "Calmish" community of approximately 50 people. The "Calmish" community does not use any technology and believes in living a simple life submitting to God's will. They try to avoid modernization.

Saul launched the drone to get the best pictures of the trail he was on. He flew the drone to about 2 miles away, and unexpectedly he found a small house with a backyard, with walls that were at least 10 feet high. In that backyard, was a young couple, without any clothes on their bodies, engaged in an intimate private affair. Saul recorded the entire episode and then his drone took off.

Next Saul flew the drone over some fields. There he saw a small Calmish boy working alone in the fields. Saul lowered the drone slightly over the boy's head. The drone did not touch the boy. But the boy thought it was an alien, because he had never known of such technology before. The boy had a heart attack and died.

Next, Saul's made an inadvertent turn on his remote pad, and the drone ran into a beautiful American Eagle and killed it. This was the last Eagle left in this park, so it's a huge loss to the National Park. Most of the visitors would come to spot this Eagle, but now it's gone. The Park's attendance has suffered a huge loss. The entry fee is $10 per person which pays the Park's expenses. Now these expenses cannot get paid.

Question: CanNoPrivacy LLC and Saulbe successfully sued under the negligence theory by:

a. The couple?

b. The boy's family?

c. The National Park (government)?

Please explain your answers in full, detail the claim against each party. Also explain the counter arguments. Provide detailed reasons
