A company produces two (2) products, Windex and Solex. The following sales forecast for both products was decided on for the financial year January 1, 2016 to December 31, 2016:

a) The company planned to sell one unit of Windex for $110 and one unit of Solex for $150 during 2016.

(b) The sales forecast for the first period of 2017 is 2000 units of Windex and 1850 units of Solex.

(c) The closing stock level for both products at the end of each period is to be held at a level equal to 10% of the budgeted sales for the next period.

(d) At the start of 2016 there were in stock 1500 units of Windex and 1200 units of Solex.

(e) To make one unit of Windex, 2 units of raw material RX are required, while 4 units of raw material TZ are required to make one unit of Solex. The cost of raw material RX is $5 per unit, while the cost of raw material TX is $6 per unit.

(f) Closing raw material stocks in units in store at the end of each quarter is to be equivalent to 5% of the forecasted sales for the preceding period. Budgeted sales for the last period of 2015 were: Windex, 1050 units and Solex 1800 units.

(g) At the start of 2016 there were 250 units of raw material RX and 150 units of raw material TX in store.
