A company was flagged as non-compliant due to significant issues with contaminated water flowing into creeks causing demise of flora and fauna. Water contamination comes from heavy vehicles washdown and plant processing. 

 

You were required, in the role as a Project Manager to manage innovation and improvement  to rectify the issue on contamination. 

 

The improvement that was identified is to provide a compliant oily waste water treatment plant capable of maintaining a contaminant level of <15mg>

 

The project team will compose of yourself being the Project Manager and your team will be composed of a Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Civil Engineer and stakeholders of the company.

 

This scope is inclusive of detailed design in structural, civil, mechanical, piping and services, electrical, and control and communication disciplines, and will require a full set of Approved for Construction drawings and Install and Commissioning Scope of Work for the execution of the works as the final deliverables.
