ii) Think from a risk management approach. Explain how the Public Prosecution Service/Police/Correction Institution handled the issue. Consider such issues as safety and security. Also, consider the fundamental Charter Rights and freedoms

iii) From a risk management perspective, what would be your recommendation(s) to improve the system so that this type of situation does not occur again.
