A covenant not to compete is enforceable if it is reasonable in each of the following aspects EXCEPT:

		Geographic area of the restriction.
		Length of time the restriction is in effect.
		Amount paid to the one who gives up the right to compete.
		Scope (i.e., activities affected) of the restriction.
