Crystal Ltd is a construction company that was unable to complete it’s project on time due to the frequent movement restrictions imposed by the government. Their customers would like to sue them in court, but Crystal Ltd is trying to persuade them settle the matter using the alternative dispute resolution method instead. Illustrate the following to convince the customers that considering alternative dispute resolution to resolve conflict is indeed a good strategy.

(i) The types of alternative dispute resolution that exist and exact type that would be most suitable to address this matter.

(ii) At least five (5) advantages of using alternative dispute resolution in comparison to the court process.
